These hard times came suddenly, leaving no time to prepare. Most industries have been hit by the pandemic and the real estate sector is no exception, lengthily paused due to the limitations of access to offices and properties to visit.
This situation, however, has not halted the need of many people to buy or sell properties. Therefore CALVET has created a protocol prioritizing the safety and hygiene of our employees and clients, inside our offices and when visiting properties.
– Pre-arranged visits to our offices or properties (via phone call).
– Compulsory use of mask and gloves.
– Minimum distance of 2 metres between people.
– Temperature control before entering.
– Sanitizing hand gel at your disposal at the office entrances and in the properties to visit.
– Daily sanitizing of all CALVET offices and all properties with arranged visits.
